Four Comet grapplers advance to the IHSA State Tournament from the Plano IHSA Sectional.  Trent Lyons, Steve Rosenburg, Billy Chancey, and Zach Boyer.  Among those wrestlers, Lyons, Chancey and Boyer were also Sectional Champions. [more]

Junior Amanda Murphy Advances to IHSA State Tournament

Congratulations to Junior Amanda Murphy for advancing to the IHSA State Tournament in both of her Speech categories:  Original Oratory and Extemporaneous Speaking.  Amanda placed 3rd in both categories at the IHSA Sectional at Reed-Custer High School. [more]

Senior Luke Vandermyde Selected for All-State Chorus

Luke Vandermyde was selected for the All-State Choir. This is his first year to be selected for District I Choir and All-State Choir. He will attend the Convention/Festival in Peoria at the end of January, where he will rehearse for three days and perform in a concert with other students from schools across the state of Illinois. Congratulations, Luke, on this fabulous honor!
