Tips for a healthy diet: Reduce portion sizes / Do not skip meals, it increases snacking / Only allow non-calorie drinks [ie: water or diet soda] / Pack lunch for school / Reduce eating out / Remove unhealthy snacks from house / Plan family meals [at the dining table with limited distractions 20-30 minutes] / Avoid juices and "low fat" foods [both contain high sugar calories]
