Middle School Play
Description
Each year we produce, direct and stage a full length play which we perform for the school and also for the community. Some of our past plays include: "Guys and Dolls," "Aladdin," “Bugsy Malone,” and “Dear Edwina,” "The Music Man, Jr." and "Schoolhouse Rock, LIVE, Jr."
Play cast members are required to sing, dance and act in the shows. We also learn acting techniques and stage skills.
Auditions are in January. In February, our practices are in the morning at 6:30 AM. In March through May we switch to a combination of morning and afternoon practices.
Being a play cast member takes a lot of hard work, but it really pays off!
This year we will be performing Into the Woods on Saturday, May 5 , 2012 at 7:00 PM and Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 2:00 PM. We hope you'll come see us!
